okay soo were to start well this game was desent..like leaning on good but not amazing it was good now just to let you all know i played threw 89% of the game i played online and did alot of looking around first off i didnt like how how the main character looked at first i wanted to custumize him sooo bad but he did grow on me i will admit that but the fact he had to look like that and sound how he did kinda pissed me off another thing i really really hate DRIVING!!!! yes fokes the cars were nice they looks nice but holy fuck unless ur driving really slow your pretty much skidding out around any corner its soo bad theres soo many missions i had to redo cuz my car slides the width of the street i try to turn down and i end up missing my turn or getting suck behind stuff i cant get out of or the biggest piss me off yet theres a mission in the game were your chasing to bikers and u have to be on a bike to that mission sucks ass not only did i blast away on one guy for ever without him dieing but fallowing them ona bike is hard as fucken hell not to mention theres a part were ur supose to go between to posts then down some stairs to chase this guy back out onto the street and it was near impossible and have any of you tryed to land a plain without damaging it not an easy task unless u go really really slow anyways i hated driving alot it was fun in online tho cause sometimes it didnt matter but driving sucked it was way to slippery way to unreal but the car crash's and cars and everything was cool even breaking out the window to shoot out of the car thats another thing could they make shooting out of the car any harder it was nice but did they really have to make it soo dam hard....
Anyways onto my next bit of hate missions! thats right i hated most the missions like the chase missions or the pick me up here drop me off there all that sucks tho i must admit some of the new missions were really cool like the breaking into the bank fun the getting the job at the lawyer place fun the calling the guy on the phone and killing him fun or basicly one man armying a building full of guys and some of the other missions were really cool and fun racing missions horrable o geez were they ever terrible i lost soo many races cuz my car slid out then dropped down into a one way street and everything got screwed over online tho it wasnt the most amazing thing ever i still had alot of fun with it because of the people and all the little things the little things really made online fun like getting into a car with 3 other people and shooting out of every window or riding on a scooter with another person it was cool .. one thing i would have liked alot more tho is the custum thing i didnt feel it was custum enough and it kinda bugged me this might kick a few peoples ass but ill explain i didnt like the graphics all that much they looked amazing when ur guy was going threw the city like when u were playing but the cut scense really sucked like they didnt look very good at all but ill have to give it credit were credits due for such a big map and level and everything thats going on in the city the graphics are amazing for everything going on all at once another thing is the guns it was nice that a hand gun could do all the work for u if u only used it threw out the hole game but the same time its alittle sketchy that a hand gun can be the only weapon u need for the hole game umm the arcade mechains in some of the buildings they play this like 3d tetris kinda its really weird and yah i dunno nothing to call home about but hey its a mini game soo nothing bad there another thing i didnt like was the health meter it was only a half instead of being 100 then plus 50 armor or plus 100 armor like befor and well its kinda lame cuz now you can die alot alot easyer but the good thing is that keeps it real or more realish cops in the game are ruthless like befor you could kill cops and fight off a hole swat team and stuff easy well not easy but it wasnt impossible to hold them off for a long ass time in this game as soon as u get the plains in after you your pretty much screwed another thing i noticed is playing spiderman 3 and gta4 the citys are basicly the same well maybe not fully the same but theres alot of key things that are the same it bummed me out alittle but the same time meh i liked the city alot oh and missions i love how unhelpfull some missions are like theres 2 missions were u have to buy a suit and tie and "smart shoes" theres no such thing as smart shoes in the game soo just imagin the kinda shoes a rich smug person would have soo i spent soo much money then went to this mission and sure enough the game was like u cant do that till u buy these things soo i buy them again then try and sure enough no dice turns out i had to go look it up on a forum ur not aloud to wear glass's or a hat and then the game would recodnize ur wearing a suit and smart shoes witch was bloody well annoying i things i did like tho is that if u steal a cop car or fbi car or anything cop related u can go and hunt down criminals and most wanted people and its pretty cool the fact that when u enter a cheat it is saved into ur cell phone is really cool i like that to so u can scroll to the cheat and yeah just nice haha i like how head shots are most times always a one hit kill i love the headshot people in cars and they face plant into the horn thats pretty cool the new missions i like the story line is pretty good within reason theres things i dont like and things i like buying food is funny radio and tv those are really cool tv isnt actually as boring as i would have thought and the radio stations actually have some good songs graphics are really good when ur playing the game the mini games u get to play on dates and hang outs are pretty fun and really cool.. being drunk in the game is hallarious how hard it is to do anything over all this game is a forsure check it out honnestly i would forsure rent the game befor buying it if u really have that much fun with the game and the online then buy it its not a terrible game in any means its just news and gaming world has over hyped this game in my eyes and it made me feel like i was let down i didnt wonna play another gta clone i wanted a hole new exsperiance and this game only half did that there was alot in the game that was nice but soo much i didnt like so heres my list of pro's and con's and hopefully youll check this game out and let me know how u feel
con's:
camra angles: werent soo amazing while driving i always found myself the the camra angle facing behind my car or not showing what was around the corner while i was driving soo made alot of crash's
driving: driving in the game was horrable unless u were going slow but when u were going fast the game had a nice look to it and they got the speed facter going very well for driving
missions: alot of missions were like befor and i didnt like it and i hate if u fail a mission u have to go back to when u were given it not just to area or part were u screwed up now let me explain this one(in most missions theres a 3 layer to it u go to the houe u get the mission from there they usually ask u go here and get this or find this person then u get there its like a check point then it eather says fallow them or do something elts or kill them but sometimes theres a 3rd check point witch usually ends in you picking up an item or killing someone ) it would have been nice if u failed a mission u go to the check point befor and not redo everything
calls/date system: even tho this was an amazing touch i found my self missing 70% of the dates because i was eather in the middle of a mission or heading to get one or doing something elts that was really important soo even tho it was cool the time they give u to make it to a date or something wasnt soo great
custumizing : wasnt a big fan of it tho i did find a costume i really liked i still was bummed i only had 4 stores to choose from
distant of missions: now this one is only soo bad because of driving soo this could technicaly be under driving the mission places are soo far appart its annoying to drive over 2 islands to get to a mission then the next mission being back another 2 islands just fun soo if driving was better i wouldnt hate it soo much
mission gods: i dunno how to put this one but it seems like some missions dont tell u things like how the character u could be spending minutes shooting in the head wont die soo he basicly gets god mode on him self only later to find out u can only kill him once he gets soo far threw the chase or after something happins like it doesnt matter how many times u shoot him if u arnt past this point he wont die
theres prolly more i didnt like thats just all i can think of right now
pro's
graphics while in game: not much more to say about that there really really good and the weather effects are amazing
weapons: i liked the weapons alot that u had to choose from tho i do wish there was more i liked what i had tho
online: omg!? yes there online! and its actually kinda fun! haha enough sead play the online
mini games: mini games were fun including darts ,pool ,arcade , ect... it was a cool touch and i enjoyed it
dating and hangouts: yeah i will admit a really fun and funny catch places u can go darts, pool, drinking, strip club, bowling , ect... it was a cool bonus
honnestly theres alot im missing but its really hard to think of all this off the top of my head soo in my words go check the gameout u might not love it nore hate it but it will prolly be worth the check out anyways soo if theres anything elts u wanna ask or talk about write me or if you think i have done the game wrong let me know why you think that anyways hope you enjoy the reveiw next time ill try to make it better haha soo anyways till then ciao for now gamerz
